TAIPEI, Taiwan, September 10, 2013 - Aurora Corp. (Ticker: 2373 TT / 2373 TW) today reported consolidated net sales for Auguest 2013 of NT$880 million on a pro-forma basis, an increase of 15% from a year ago. For the first eight months of the year, cumulative revenue increased 7% to NT$6.89 billion from the year-ago period.
Auguest revenue in China increased 17% to 120 million RMB from the year-ago period. For the first eight months of the year, cumulative revenue rose by 7% to 958 million RMB from the year-ago period to represent 66% of the total revenue, in which office automation grew by 27% to 39 million RMB from the year-ago period. By business segment, the office automation, office furniture recorded year-over-year changes of 27%, 8% for the eight-month period, respectively.
