TAIPEI, Taiwan, November 8, 2013 – Aurora Corp. (Ticker: 2373 TT / 2373 TW) today reported consolidated net sales for October 2013 of NT$916 million on a pro-forma basis, an increase of 15% from a year ago. For the first ten months of the year, cumulative revenue increased 9% to NT$8.75 billion from the year-ago period.
October revenue in China increased 16% to 130 million RMB from the year-ago period. For the first ten months of the year, cumulative revenue rose by 10% to 1.22 billion RMB from the year-ago period to represent 68% of the total revenue, in which office furniture grew by 11% to 71 million RMB from the year-ago period. By business segment, the office automation, office furniture revenue recorded year-over-year changes of 27%, 9% for the ten-month period, respectively.
